At Grass Bros, we're committed to providing top-quality lawn care and landscaping services that you can rely on. We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why we've developed a pricing strategy that's based solely on time.
Our Pricing Philosophy
Our pricing is based on a simple principle - you pay for the time we spend working on your lawn. We don't inflate prices based on the type of service, size of your yard, or any other factors. We charge a flat hourly rate that covers multiple options that will work for everyone. From either just coming to cut the grass and let it drop, to cutting, trimming, and bagging. We work as efficiently as possible to complete the job in the least amount of time.
This approach ensures you're only paying for the actual time and effort it takes to service your lawn - nothing more, nothing less.
Cost-Effective Services
We have streamlined our operations down to a science, optimizing every process and utilizing the latest in lawn care technology. Our commercial trimmers and zero turn can blast through grass as our team works quickly and efficiently without compromising on the quality of service.
Our hourly rate includes all expenses - from employee wages, equipment fuel and maintenance, to insurance and other overhead costs. We've carefully calculated these costs to ensure we can sustain our business while offering you the most competitive pricing possible.
Please note that these are rough estimates and the actual time may vary depending on the specific conditions of each job. It's also important to factor in additional time for setup, cleanup, and any unforeseen issues that might arise during the job. Our standard pricing accounts for grass that is 2 to 5.5'' high. Around 6'' our speed is slowed by 20% and the machine wear and tear is higher and so there is a 20% uncharge to our standard hourly pricing for grass that is 6'' to 12'' tall. Above 12'' we will need to use a Brush Hog.

Brush Hog: $800 Includes Man + Machine for 6 Hours.
Grass Cut: Included in hourly rate above.
Trim and Edge - Included in hourly rate above
Bagging Clippings: $10 per 30 gallon bag.
Leaf Removal: $15 per 30 gallon bag.
Landscaping
Mulch Installation: $80 per cubic yard (includes cost of mulch)
Plant Installation: (does not include cost of plants)
Shrub Trimming:
Tree Pruning: (up to 15 feet)

Annual Packages
Full Lawn Care Package: Cut, Trim, Bag 2x a month - cost depends on size - save 5% for committing to April-October.

Benefits: This package would benefit those who have a large lawn or a lawn that grows quickly. This is also beneficial for individuals who take great pride in their lawn's appearance and want to maintain a pristine yard.
2. Bi-Weekly Lawn Care Package
This package is a good balance for those who want regular care for their lawn but don't require weekly maintenance.

Basic Lawn Cut
Trim and Edge
Bagging Clippings
Leaf Blowing
Benefits: This package would benefit those with a moderately sized yard or slower growing grass. It's also a good fit for individuals who want to maintain a nice looking yard but are on a tighter budget.
3. Monthly Lawn Care Package
This is our most basic package, designed for those with smaller lawns or less intensive landscaping needs.
